Off Piste Course For Beginners
Loose snow, powder, broken crust, slush. Snow can have many names. But skiing on nature’s conditions is a little different compared to a groomed piste.
This off-piste course for beginners is perfect if you want to start ski touring but need more training on the downhill in all different types of snow.
Season
February – April

Foundation Techniques
Many beginners feel that it takes a lot of practice and time to move uphill when ski touring. That’s how it is, but it also means that you may need more practice on the actual downhill. By becoming a stronger off-piste skier, you can take advantage of the backcountry in a better way. This course is a strong complement to our ski touring and avalanche courses, or for those of you who feel that you would like to become a better skier before joining a longer guided tour.
The focus of the day is partly to be challenged and developed, but equally to have a pleasant day in the loose snow.
